The Future of Security Sector Reform

Mark Sedra  

 

Mr. Sedra directs all of CIGI’s Security Sector Governance Projects, which produce field-based research and analysis on numerous ongoing war-to-peace transitions, including those in Afghanistan, Burundi, Haiti, Southern Sudan and Timor-Leste. In addition to his work at CIGI, Mark is a research scholar in the University of Waterloo’s department of political science and a faculty member at the Balsillie School of International Affairs.

William C. Banks to speak at Harvard National Security Journal Symposium

 

The Harvard National Security Journal’s Third Annual Symposium, titled "Future of Covert Operations: Domestic Law & Policy", will explore key questions with academics, public and private practitioners, and knowledgeable journalists. Banks will be a speaker on the panel "Future of Covert Operations: Domestic Law & Policy".

The Georgetown Center on National Security and the Law and the Journal of National Security Law and Policy (JNSLP) will be holding a panel discussion of the Journal’s newly-published issue "Shadow Wars".

8th Annual Conference on National & International Security
